Case Study on the Introduction of ORC Binary Power Generation Ceramic Firing Kiln

Why throw away valuable energy? Heat recovery from ceramic firing kilns.

We would like to introduce a case of heat recovery from a ceramics firing kiln. The ceramics industry consumes and dissipates a large amount of energy. With our unique technology, we can recover up to 45% of the heat generated by the burner by installing a special heat exchanger in the hottest part of the cooling stage of the firing kiln. A standard 4,000 kWt tile kiln that can produce 7,600 kg of tiles per hour can provide enough heat to operate a 175 kWe ORC module from Zuccato Energia.
